Multiple issues with room card but sorted by friendly apologetic staff.

Came to visit my daughter at the university. 5 minute bus ride to her halls of residence. Fantastic location in a lovely street. 5 min walk to the train station and next to centre of town. Room was lovely and staff very friendly. Would stay again.
The kettle.

The room was *very very* spacious. I wasn't expecting anything near this. The working space was comfortable, the bedding was appropriate, and the amenities were tip top. The shower, bath, and toilet were separated in a way that a larger traveling cohort would find useful. I was on a solo business trip so this didn't apply to me. Nonetheless, I will keep this in mind for future.
The noise. Walls are thin, and sometimes conversations from neighboring rooms are annoyingly comprehensible. I recommend soundproofing.

Location close to downtown
Parking is a disaster. Hotel looks worn and tired. Doors are broken, showers barely functioning. Window shades from fabric just plain dirty.
