Pet friendly host, at the end of the day it was better than expected.
The resort is a little bit distant from shops and restaurants, but it compensates through peace and tranquility.

* Excellent location.
* Very clean and well maintained.
* Good value for money.
* Mr. Konstantinos is extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
Unfortunately, our experience with the manager was extremely disappointing. She was very unfriendly, disrespectful, and behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. The situation became so unpleasant that I had to contact Booking.com for assistance and to file a complaint.
Fortunately, Mr. Konstantinos was there to help calm the situation with his kindness and professionalism. Without him, our stay would have been much worse.
It is a real shame because the hotel itself has many positive qualities, but the manager’s attitude seriously affected our experience. I hope the owners will address this issue, as guests deserve to be treated with respect.
