Great location in the centre of Hay-On-Wye. Free parking for guests. Friendly staff who were exceptionally helpful and made sure we had all the instructions we needed for a late check-in. A tasty breakfast with Captain the dog!

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of options.

Room didn't have a proper shower and the only mirror was in the bathroom . It would be useful to have one in the room near a plug for using a hair dryer.

Lovely room next to the pool, comfortable bed, lovely staff and gorgeous breakfast with loads of options, the resident dog captain is adorable! Made my morning having cuddles with him

Loved everything

Breakfast was ok

Small room, noisy, uncomfortable bed, awful shower. False advertising - the picture advertising is a completely different building - Hay castle, not the Seven Stars.
