The pool is fantastic.

Long walk to reception from room. But not too bad.

Je ne sais pas ce que j'ai le plus aimé dans cet hôtel. Entre les 3 piscines incroyables, la variété du petit déjeuner, la chambre, le personnel, la localisation. Je sais que si je retourne a Phuket, ce sera dans cet établissement

We had a pleasant stay overall, with the hotel’s location being one of its biggest positives. It’s in a convenient spot with easy access to the surrounding area. Our room had been nicely renovated and was modern, clean and comfortable. However, the mattress was extremely hard. The hotel was able to provide a mattress topper when we asked, which made it a little more comfortable. The towels were also quite old and could definitely do with being replaced. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, with limited options and food that was fairly bland. We also found that the pool bar was hardly ever open, which was disappointing, particularly as we were staying in a pool access room and expected to be able to enjoy the pool area with a drink or two. Overall, there were some great aspects to our stay, particularly the location and renovated rooms, but there are a few areas where the hotel could improve to make the experience much better.

Location was good. We had two pool access rooms for a family and the rooms were modern and a good size.

The buffet breakfast was minimal. Almost no kid friendly options. The kitchen staff were not able to help with any other options. I found myself buying the kids breakfast from 7 eleven dispute being charged for the buffet breakfast. The beds were like sleeping on concrete. If you ask for a mattress topper they will provide one. Pillows felt like old chunks of foam. Room towels need to be replaced.
