Location, clean rooms, excellent breakfast by the seaside

This hotel is modern, clean, high quality fittings, furniture and bedding. The location was right on the harbour. Each room had its own air con unit. The windows had triple glazing to block the revelry outside the hotel at night. This was a perfect stay. The breakfast was also the best I’ve had. Hot eggs, a good selection of pastries, bread, ham, fruit, yogurt, the orange juice was particularly fresh. My parents had the double room with sea view which also had its own little sitting room which I thought was a nice touch.
Nothing. But if you have elderly parents or mobility issues do ask for a room on the lower floors as they have four floors with no lift.

Staff were really accommodating, the location was exceptional!
My room was on the fourth floor and it was kind of a renovated attic. The shower wasn’t comfortable at all.

Location, I knew I’d booked small single room so not much room, ok for me, shower wouldn’t suit a big person, English TV channels, bag was carried up the flight of stairs, breakfast included, you have to ask for tea/coffee to be made not help yourself, quiet,
Strange design of reception, it’s not obvious where it is, pastries at breakfast disappointing,
