Very well presented. The staff were brilliant, the GM went well beyond what we expected to make our event special, reception staff were very helpful

The receptionist on arrival remembers us from a previous visit. She was very attentive and friendly.
Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night but had paid for 2 as my father was taken ill. No response from the man on reception apart from running after me for payment of breakfast which i paid on arrival. No offer of a refund 😐

Large Beds and very nice shower.

The carpets in the hallways look very outworn and old. But all is clean.

The staff were attentive and charming.
The hotel was gloomy with black décor, dark wood and dim lighting the outstanding features. The flickering lights in the dining area and background music matching the volume of conversations so was anything but background. The shower curtain did not shield the bathroom floor so the floor was quickly soaked. Bedroom lighting was so dim, desk and bedside lights were needed for reading. Other small matters added up to a view that the hotel should review its customer services.
