Villa des Ambassadeurs

The property was very nice and comfortable to stay in. It was a short 10-15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower which was great. The hotel room was very clean and reception staff were friendly and helpful. They were also very quick at responding to messages prior to our stay and were happy to keep our bags with them after check out while we spent the day traveling until our train departed at night.

The hotel was not soundproof at all and even the doors closing or toilet flushes of other rooms were heard.

Location was very convenient and close to restaurants and the Eiffel Tower

The location and staff make this place what it is. We arrived mid morning dropped our bags and went straight out Check in was from 2pm we checked in at 4. The receptionist were all very friendly helpful and just brilliant This location is brilliant as it's right by 2 train lines (iéna and trocadero) it's minutes walk from Effile tower views and the stars down to Eiffle tower to champ der mars

Rooms were small and basic but I'm guessing this is all about location. The bathroom has no vent and there was no net curtains just a curtain which meant that if we wanted to get dressed etc we had to draw the curtains for privacy - window faced a wall but above that were other apartments and windows looking down to our room. The curtain didn't fully close so we used claw clips to close for sleep as summer the sunrise is bright and early and could disturb sleep The water can run cold in morning so expect a cool shower but equally it can be hot but dip too cooler!
