Very clean and tidy hotel. Staff at reception were incredibly friendly and always so welcoming. Hotel was very conveniently located next to a U-bahn and S-bahn station for quick and easy access to the city centre. Will definitely be staying again if I travel to Berlin in the future. Highly recommend
The tv was a little dated and didn’t have many channels to offer, but hardly an issue when you’re not there a lot of the time anyway. Would prefer slightly better bedding but, again, not deal breaking. Also WiFi wasn’t the strongest connection

- very friendly staff on reception
- good breakfast
- comfy bed with clean lining
- clean room with everything requried for short stay
- luggage storage option
- very close to subway and S-bahn with short rearch to the city center
- several restaurant right nearby with tasty Italian food
- room was right next to the elevator therefore it was well heard every time when used by other guests (luckily i brought earplugs with me thus could fall sleep without issues, otherwise could be an issue for light sleepers)
- there was no door to the shower room and big not blurred window in front of its entrance with partly missing sun-blinds, so privacy was quite tricky to organize ))

Staff were very friendly. Also the place was nice and clean. Location was close to a metro stop which can get you anywhere in the city
The single toilet per floor was a bit weird but I understand that's just the layout. The breakfast was nice and simple but IMO very overpriced for what you get
