Guy on reception was excellent really friendly explaining how to get into town and how the beer garden worked he was funny and made us feel very welcome . Location is amazing. Tram at end of road and you can walk to the best beer garden in Munich we will defo be back!!
The aircon is quite noisy and kept making a buzzing noise

The hotel was clean and decent.
The room was 2 meters by 3 meters, very suffocating … plus a small bathroom. On the website the single room was sponsored as 12 meter square but mine was not, it was no more than 6 meter square plus a micro toilette. I paid 178 euros a night with no breakfast for a closet room of 6 meter square …. It is a rip off. I would not recommend.
