Hotel give us an upgrade, we got an apartment with a 2 rooms and a big bathroom, something that we appreciated. Location is great, that is a really plus.
We need to pay an additional 20 Euros for the dog, you are not informed about this additional until you finish your booking, not a nice surprise. But is even worst when they later tell you, you can't enter the breakfast room with the dog, no alternative room was provided (we do have breakfast included). Parking is not included even when you chose a hotel WITH parking, they provided you with a parking place at an extra on a near place (thanks I can find for my self!).

Fabulous little hotel, 2 mins walk from Haarlem railway station and 5 mins walk from the centre of this fabulous town. Staff are friendly and efficient, rooms well equipped. Good selection for breakfast. We loved our stay here.

The location
First room was like a box, very small and it was so noisy. We had to go downstairs to request air conditioning remote. Television didn’t work
