Avis vérifiés à 100 %10 / 10Remarquable·oct. 2026
Location, excellent customer service across all departments, perfect breakfast for me, and staff remembered my order each morning without being asked!
Usually other inconsiderate guests. I use Exec Lounge for afternoon tea & later cocktails. The number of guests using mobile phones on loud speaker is something that staff need to challenge. I would also urge Lounge Access rules making the use of phones on speaker prohibited. This should be a serene space, unfortunately modern technology spoils it!

This was our second visit to the Trident. The facilities are first class, very comfortable bedrooms, an excellent restaurant - Frangipani - a fabulous pool and a superb location on Marine Drive.
The outstanding feature for us was how lovely the staff were, from Santosh at the pool to Sanika at Frangipani - well done Trident
We weren’t able to stay longer

Mention spéciale à Monica, elle est trop professionnelle et gentille
