Staff was fantastic, helpful, friendly. Clean rooms with linen sheets Breakfast in the lobby was full of choices and freshly cooked to your liking🌞expresso perfecto!

Nothing, would return gladly

We completely forgot that breakfast was included with our rate.. However we did get a chance to see the breakfast and it looked amazing. Disappointed in ourselves for not realizing. Even though the staff was getting us breakfast the minute we were in the lobby LOL. On that note the staff did speak english if you need. We stayed in a demi-suite and the bathtub and shower had great pressure. The room was large and clean and the property has a great elevator. The staff accommodated an early check-in as we arrived in the morning. Cannot say anything wrong, about the Property. The onsite restaurant was exceptional. The best Tiramisu and Saltimbocca ever. The basement Grotto under the restaurant should be explored.

If staying here to venture and explore other areas of Rome, this might be a slight downside if not planned properly. We wanted to go 6 km to Lake Albano and called a cab. However due to traffic in rome the cab trying to get to the hotel to pick us up, was over an hour wait. We decided to stay in Grottaferrata instead. Grottaferrata is beautiful and the hotel is perfectly located within the town, If you like to walk it is even better. If you are planing to stay here and venture by cab, hire a car service beforehand to do so. Otherwise perfect and safe location for a quiet and authentic Roman experience. We will book here again for sure.

sink didn’t drain properly shower head falling apart plug in bath not functioning nowhere to hang bidet towels internet connection incredibly slow unable to stream any movies on tv or connect via mobile phone. These aspects not matching the price or the rather grand nature of the junior suite. hotel restaurant food very average. breakfast nothing special.
