Good location, walking distance from train station and iconic attractions. Good cafes & restaurants near by. Everything you needed in a compact setting, good use of space. Lift available for bags.
No reception staff on site but able to contact and leave bags with no issue so it was not a problem for us. Communicated via Booking.com app and WhatsApp which was fine with us.

Amazing location, very convenient. An easy 10 minute walk from termini station, 15 minutes from the trevi fountain and the colloseum and right next to the metro station that takes you to the vatican. The location was on the 5th floor but the elevator access made it so easy compared to other stays we had. Room was clean and modern and a good enough size.
only complaint is the lack of natural light, on the listing there was a photo of the sole window in the apartment which we didnt really take much notice of thinking it was just a normal window but in actuality was quite small and tucked around a corner which made the room quite dark and quiet for sleeping but almost a little bit depressing if just relaxing in the room during the day. We didnt mind too much because we were only transiting through for 2 nights, however for a longer stay we would stay somewhere else, or at least a different room?

The property was exactly as pictured. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was large and we had a lovely view overlooking the streets.
It was hard to access at the beginning as you need to contact the lady to let you into building. Once you have key card, no problems.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and good value for money
We woke up covered in mosquito bites on both mornings during our stay. It must have been in the bed.

"Cette chambre est très bien située. Nous avons fait la majorité des nos activités à pied. Les sites sont à 15 - 20 minutes. La chambre nous convenait tout à fait pour un séjour de 3 jours. Très propre..."
