This is a highway/motorway hotel that should be evaluated as such. Convenient and quiet location, clean and spacious room. Restaurant and bar available in the ground floor.
There are reports about troubles for the guests to find the hotel. I also experienced them. The point is that the hotel is located on the service area accessible when you travel towards Bilbao. If you come from Bilbao, you must leave the motorway at the exit of the Altube service area and immediately reenter at the same toll station. It is pity that this information is not made available by the owner or by Booking.com.

The night staff that met us on reception and worked the shop was excellent. He was very polite, professional and multi-skilled. He was checking people in, cleaning and working at the shop to name a few things. Very impressive.

The room was spacious and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom well equipped nice towels. Clean bed linen.
For the price (compared to other cheaper non touristy hotels) there were no helpful extras like a kettle or mugs. The attached restaurant sold bottled water but at an inflated price. Very much appreciated truck stop and it showed
