We love the Hotel, staff excellent The Hotel lobby bar was a stand out with Maria as our host. Maria made the best cocktails with a Greek twist, using mastiha a Greek treat as a key ingredient. We met some great people at the bar and she made our night fun. The hotel itself is beautiful n well appointed. Our seaview room was amazing. We would stay there again.

This is not a baby/ buggy friendly hotel. If you have a pram, there are lots of steep steps to the pool and beach which make it hard to get around. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you have a baby that needs a pram. The hotel generally isn’t baby friendly either, lots of random steps without ramps even for 2-4 steps at a time. Ramps would make things easier for sure (imperial hotel does have this) The pool is freezing we couldn’t take our baby in as he would cry. The sea was actually warmer. The food is very average all around, we ate at most restaurants and found it to be just ok. Lots of wasps throughout the hotel, which makes eating quite unpleasant. We had to request a room change due to a bad smell from drains in the room. The hotel was great about it and helped us find a room we were happy with but packing and unpacking with a ton of baby stuff was pretty inconvenient. There is limited lifts and they are tiny, you can fit a maximum of 4 people (2 + a buggy) and it makes getting to and from the room very time consuming. There’s 6 floors which makes waiting for lifts too long. We ate at the imperial hotel and found the grounds, hotel and restaurants to be much much better. I’m aware Eva palace is a slightly cheaper option but I think if you’re deciding between the two, imperial is probably worth the money.

Lovely architecture except for the rooms. The staff were very very good.

Rooms were 3 star. Very dated, not similar to the photos, not correctly cleaned, laundry and towels never changed, bad smells from corridors.
