Proximity to everything and the front desk staff.
My bedroom window was too small

The person that was at the reception when we arrived on Saturday night was really welcoming and smiling
On Sunday morning we had the worst experience with a young lady with dark hair : speak so low you can not hear her
She is not smiling at all, you have the impression you disturb her : she should do another job and not be at a desk to serve customers !!!!

Friendly and professional staff. Lovely lobby area. Clean and modern room with incredible huge shower! Elona in reception was exceptional - so welcoming and helpful! Also great breakfast offered.
