One of the receptionists spoke very good english alongside the supervisor, staff smiled a lot and they were helpful, the rest of the staff barely spoke english.
The bed was a bit hard and the ac wasn't really working, i had to open the window at night and the noise from the street didn't sooth my sleep, room cleaning showed up around 3:30 in the evening and i was a bit busy so i just told her to come the next day.because i intentially left the room between 10 am and 2:30 pm expecting it to be cleaned.
Beer prices were a bit expensive to be fair and the neighborhood isn't all great,i think the price was a bit too expensive for what the hotel tried to offer.
