Dotonbori Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I was travelling with my 1-year-old daughter, and the staff were especially warm and welcoming towards her. She had so much fun participating in the daily activities organised by the hotel. Special thanks to Mayu. A special shoutout to the complimentary evening drinks, ramen, and ice cream — such a lovely bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Dotonbori area, with the famous Glico sign just a 5-minute walk away. It’s perfect for exploring the area and enjoying everything Dotonbori has to offer. Overall, it was absolutely worth staying here. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families travelling with young children! A special thanks to the staff for keeping my daughter’s favourite soft toy safe after we left it behind and helping deliver it to our hotel in Tokyo. This thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and made our little one incredibly happy!

Nothing

Convenient location, free drinks and free event and activities.

Rooms were small

A great location and amazing staff! I’ve stayed here before and it did not disappoint! Staff are extremely helpful and clear when answering questions and the amenities provided are amazing.

The bed was comfortable

People in the next room did not respect quiet time hours and were laughing really loud and being very rude this went on until around 2am.. I had to tell the reception staff but I don’t think anything was done about it.
