The view overlooking the rooms. I like that automatic windows that totally blocked the sunlight coming in the rooms. The beds and the rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable. I enjoyed eating the delicious breakfast buffet food. The servers there were friendly and helpful.

The people at the front desk lacked friendliness and people person skills. It work have been nice if myself and my relatives that stayed at your hotel in two separate rooms, were greeted with a smile and were told ‘welcome to our hotel or to Pamplona’. After all we drove several hours from Almagro, Ciudad Real, Spain and Ivan visiting my relatives from San Diego, CA. Also, it would have been nice if we would have been told thank you for staying at our hotel and safe travels when we checked out.

Love the location, amazing staff, secure parking, great food x

Bar used to be open mid afternoon but now a bit later though not a problem, went into town by taxi and enjoyed our afternoon as usual

Large and spacious rooms. Great shower

Dirty wall, broken tiles outside, generally scruffy. Overpriced.
