It’s variety of activities, breakfast and the cleanliness
Our room had no hot water for showering on Friday morning, the maintenance guys came for fixing but they couldn’t find the fault. We called to ask for an extra 30 minutes at the breakfast so we could bath after the hot water problem get fixed but they said it’s not possible. We ended up boiling water with a kettle to bath in the basin and we were later moved to another room.
