Amazing staff! So helpful... they were always at the ready to help with transportation, room set up, directions, advice. Always started with "No problem, I can help!" Also clean comfortable rooms, compact but very clean, excellent walkable location.

Location, staff, room, equipment, calmness everything is good. Simple, modern, and efficient.

This place was perfect, and I hope to return during my next trip to TLV. The staff are incredible, and truly want to help you with any need or request, whether involving the hotel, city, or otherwise. The room was legitimately nice, and not just "acceptable for TLV". There is a nice little terrace out front, which is a pleasant, shady, location on which to take a little break. I doubt you will find a better deal (value for the price) in this location. After the concierge called me a cab for the airport, she stayed with me to chat, and calm my nerves before my flight. This place is a gem in all respects.
