The ambience was great with a great boutique feel to the place.
The parking was very useful too as the town was very busy
The stairs!
Taking big suitcases up narrow stairs to the top floor wasn’t easy, but once in the room it was worth the effort

The room itself was amazing, with high ceilings and wood beams and a super modern bathroom that was surprisingly big and included a tub. But the other thing that distinguished it was the view out onto the water and beach, and how quiet it was. Also, having parking right there on the premises was amazing. Oh, and the breakfast was incredible, filling and delicious.
I have no complaints

Location
The staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly. Only basic information was provided.
Breakfast was very poor quality with watery eggs and stale bread.
Best thing about the hotel was excellent location, but very overpriced for service you got.
