The staff are all very very friendly, good location for the train and museums and placa mayor
Our room had a locked door that linked to a neighbouring stairwell. This caused a lot of noise and light going into our room (sounded like people were actually in our room it was so loud)

Great location and young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful.
My room was VERY small with a tiny shower .. and basically my room was just off the reception area so you had the constant noise of the front door buzzer and during the night a phone in reception rang several times in the middle of the night going unanswered. Then you had people ringing the main door bell at 3am trying to get into the building.
