Lovely host, the room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast menu had a good selection to suit everybody. The smoked salmon and spinach was amazing.
There is nothing to dislike.

Très bon accueil par la propriétaire, maison agréable et bien décorée, salon confortable, excellent petit déjeuner.
Juste à revoir le chauffage de la chambre dans la soirée (OK le matin)

An absolute 10 out of 10! Very friendly owner, sooo nice and clean place. Absolutely lovely breakfast!! We were 8 persons, and we loved the place, the atmosphere, the food. Will definitely come back again sometime.

We were grateful for the early check-in! Ryan was very helpful explaining everything.
The lounge room was lovely, great coffee.
The little accessories throughout the property are cute and it is generally clean and tidy.
The entrance to the property is overgrown, the trees over hanging the pathway which was a bit of a nightmare when raining!
The stairs - those bits of carpet are a bit sketchy, especially the top one which is loose.
The room itself is tiny, just enough room to move round the bed.
The hot tap in the bathroom is broken and bursts out scalding hot water with no control.
No chairs in the bedroom
We were underwhelmed by breakfast - other reviews indicated to expect “exceptional breakfast” but we felt otherwise. Products were not the best of quality and inconsistent over our 2 days.
We were a little underwhelmed!
