Great location, clean, single room had a window I could open
Terrible bed, too soft and squeeky so I could not get a proper sleep. Needs to be replaced.

Amazing tutorial regarding the area from the staff, which included recommendations to grocery shopping / restaurants / cool places to see in the neighbourhood. Staff was extremely pleasant to interact with on the daily basis.
Not much of a critique from my side, although the location could be slightly better oriented in terms of overall information - reception was a little bit hidden from the main stret view and although I managed to spot it rather quickly, another guest had small troubles with navigation.

Very handy to train station Barcelona Sants within walking distance.

I can't remember if it was in the description, but I was expecting a reception type hostel. But it wasn't even in the advertised building, it was across the street in residential apartments. So you have to ring the doorbell. No one comes to meet you, you have to catch a lift or walk up two flights of stairs. And then there's about four rooms on that floor. The bed and bathroom was fine, nothing wrong with it. Pretty good actually. I thought our neighbours were going to be noisy, but they weren't. Good night's sleep.
I think this is more of a Booking.com issue that they don't explain what the setup is. This is not a hostel. I don't know how you'd describe this. I've experienced nothing like this before. A converted apartment, it felt like. Don't let that put you off, though. This is a good place to stay. It has a shared lounge and fridge also.
