Location and the breakfast.
The apartment with two rooms was much more expensive, but rooms were connected without a door or complete barrier between. The rooms were comfortable, not very luxurious, awkward furniture arrangement. Very small tv. The single room was a much better value and very spacious and nice

Room was comfortable and always exceedingly clean. They cleaned the rooms/ changed towels daily. I liked the kettle in the room and the robe.
Room was conveniently located 10 minutes walking from the metro stop and also 3 museums.
Breakfast was excellent. There are convenience stores very near the hotel. Most people are dinner at the hotel restaurant. I did not. There are some options within walking distance.
I always felt safe in the neighborhood returning at night: many families out walking.
I would return to the hotel.
Staff could have been a little friendlier, but m, nevertheless, they did their job. I think it is a cultural thing not to put oneself out much being friendly at one’s job.

Situated in Victory Square area, but in much more quiet spot (or maybe it was quiet due to street modernizastion going on). room was big with a day annex with armchairs and a table.
Assign me to the wrong room and particular payment procedure (including charging, cancelling the charge, recharging wrong amount, charging the difference) when you want to get the room and rest after the trip.
