The staff was amazing as always, this is our second time here. It's close to all the doctors appointments and central to restaurants and other places. The apartments are great for long stays, and secure and safe. The noise is minimal and you can sleep with the windows open. We love having a kitchen and going to la plaza to shop and make some of the meals so we don't always have to eat out.
Not a big deal, and this is just a typical thing in Colombia in general: attention to detail when it comes to construction. For example the doors don't go all the way up. There are gaps even in the front door. Tiles not straight. One kitchen cabinet was installed inside out and the paint was not completely done. It's something you'll see anywhere you go except for maybe the Andino mall 😂
And the last thing, again very common in Colombia is fluorescent lighting everywhere 🤦🏽♀️ specially in bedroom lamps.

The location is perfect, you're closeby the mall, they don't serve breakfast, but that's not a problem , because you can have breakfast closeby
maybe a icemachine or that you can have ice if needed
