As a whole the quality offered is decreasing. The offer was as a package, but the food included was in poor quality. For dinner we were served cold meat and potatoes, poor salad choice, which definitely does not correspond to the price tag. The main pool was a bit cold and one of the jacuzzi's was really dirty. As a bonus - our apartment was a floor above the restaurant so it smelled like food heavily.

Great location. The lady at reception with dark hair was very kind and helpful. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Very good food.

The water in the spa jacuzzi should be changed more frequently. There were particles and pieces of dead skin floating in the water, and it did not feel clean or hygienic. The cleaning staff should pay more attention to detail. There was a lot of dirt and dust under the beds. We were staying with a 2-year-old child, who even found tablets left behind by previous guests under the bed, which was extremely dangerous. The bathrooms in the rooms also need renovation and updating. Unfortunately, the massage service in the spa was disappointing. The massage therapist seemed to know only one massage technique and, despite the wide range of treatments listed on the spa menu, she appeared to use the same technique for everyone. The massage duration was also disappointing. My treatment was supposed to last 45 minutes, but it finished after only around 30 minutes.
