Everything was great, the hotel, the food and the staff.
We will be back for sure, but we will love to stay longer as we enjoyed the place very much.

The place itself is very nice
Dirty-ish!
Flies everywhere. Dead or alive. On the room, bathroom, restaurant. I ve never experienced to be disturbed by a fly while eating ON a restaurant.
Cold!! Cold room! (About 17c degrees) They had to bring an electric radiator to make the room temperature comfortable (after we had to insist regarding the room temperature 3 times, because they FORGOT to turn on the heat)
Personnel (some) were very nice and professional!
Great food!!
But for a 4 star hotel to not be able to set the room temperature as you desire… is questionable about those 4 stars.
