Promenade Hotel

We have stayed at the Promenade Hotel before and once again felt very comfortable during our stay. The staff were generally very friendly, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and we genuinely enjoy staying here. In fact, we have already booked another stay for October.

Unfortunately, the booking process and the situation at check-out were somewhat confusing this time. We had contacted the hotel directly several weeks in advance but did not receive a confirmation, then booked through Booking.com and later also had to call the hotel to make sure that everything was properly arranged. At check-out, we were also surprised by an additional charge for paying by card, as this had not been an issue during our previous stay. After our stay, the hotel management contacted me personally and took the time to explain the background of the booking situation and the payment policy, which I appreciated very much. For us, the main point was never the amount itself or whether payment is made by cash or card. It was simply the overall handling and the fact that several small inconveniences came together. Overall, we still like the Promenade very much, feel very welcome there and are looking forward to returning in October. I hope that communication and booking confirmations will be a little smoother in the future.

They have a sense of customer service that is appreciated and respected.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The rooms are extremely luxurious, I was honestly shocked. They’re very clean, spacious, and well maintained. A truly comfortable and high-end stay.

Nothing all was good

- la chambre dispose d'une large fenêtre qui donne vue sur la montagne, et d'une terrasse vue sur mer - le calme - la gentillesse des gens de la réception notamment la dame Ouerd.

la différence entre les prix des produits affichés sur la facture trouvées dans la chambre 801, des produits mis à notre disposition dans le mini frigidaire(MINIBAR) et ceux de la facture finale. la bouteille d'eau de 1/2L est annoncée a 2 000LL et un jus a 4 000LL . En tout j'ai consommé 11 bouteilles d'eau et deux jus , donc qui devraient être a 30 000LL. Ce qui m'a été facturé est: 18.68$US
