Proximity to beach
Water was leaking from the top of the room in front of the toilet. Reported it but nothing was done

The staff were pleasant and attentive, though sometimes overly eager to please. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was good, best enjoyed before dark. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but adequate.
Overpriced for what it offers. Felt more like a mid-range hotel or chalet.The reception staff were kind and tried their best to explain the nearby attractions, though their choice of words was somewhat misleading. There was no proper seating area or table for guests to sit and discuss sightseeing plans, so we had to move to the restaurant for the explanation. An updated tourist map would also be helpful. Bathrooms were basic, and the walkways had a damp smell, with items stored openly in corners.
