Clean and comfortable room which having stayed in Blackpool many times, is quite rare. Communication from Viki prior to arrival was fantastic and a nice friendly welcome upon arrival and farewell departure.
The location was spot on for a great night out so although only a short visit, we all agreed that we would actually stay here again, which isn't something we usually say after a Blackpool stay.

Vikki is such a lovely host. Very warm and welcoming. I had sent a request regarding a fan for my room and I was immediately met with a response. Great communication.
The bed was super comfortable and cozy and you can't beat the location.
It was our first stay, and it definitely won't be our last. The little Blackpool rock on our way out was such a happy surprise. And appreciated, Thanks again. See you for Christmas by the Sea.
Nothing to fault.
