Gorgeous small hotel with lovely staff, excellent facilities and awesome location on the beach. Good breakfast, really comfortable room (bed needs a comfy topper but everything else was perfect!)
Bed was very hard, loved the mosquito net but it needs a mattress topper for some softness!

Rooms are spacious and clean
The rooms close proximity to noise as next to staff accommodation . Also main thoroughfares

Friendly, attentive staff. GREAT location!! Big breakfast is so nice in the garden overlooking the Bo Ean.
Nothing- all good.

It's small, and it's in a convenient place for walking along the beach boardwalk. Nice cat a few doors up and within a walk of a very good coffee shop and a not-for-profit restaurant run by disabled and deaf hospitality students. Global Village. Check it out. Also recommend Buda Bakery.
There's nowhere to sit comfortably in your room. Not really anywhere to sit comfortably outside either as the loungers are cruel on your back. You don't have a kettle but share a kitchen for making tea and coffee. Our bathroom and loo had a wire mesh separating it from the staff's area and their own toilet.

"Franchement c’est 10x mieux en vrai qu’en photo 🤩 le cadre est magnifique avec de la verdure partout, au pied de l’eau avec une chambre joliment décoré avec des fleurs de Frangipanier un peu part dan..."
