The location is great. There is quiet, you have an incredible view but at the same time you can hear the town when it wakes up. The service is great and it was a pleasure to meet and talk with the host Salvatore.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück ausgezeichnete Lage - wer gut zu Fuß ist, braucht während des Aufenthaltes kein Auto;
also optimal - Stadtbesichtigung - Erkundung -
nichts

Location was phenomenal. Far enough away from Ascoli Piceno to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to have spectacular overviews, sun/moon rises, and access to a downtown parking lot a few minutes away. Easy on and off the highway. Spacious grounds, with pines and nearby olive groves, facilitated a relaxed and enjoyable al fresco multicourse breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom were quite spacious.
A little improvisation required to work around the built in storage units that restricted accessing two large pieces of luggage and meant no sitting area for 2 people.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Fortezza. The garden view was delightful. A delicious breakfast each day. Salvatore was a wonderful host. The swimming pool was gorgeous.
Nothing. All absolutely lovely
