Hotel Ziya

No issues at all, as good as expected. Great staff. Situated in a quiet area but at walking distance from centre.

1. The staff were very kind and helpful. The cleaning staff and the receptionist helped me find the ring I lost in the bathroom. Thank you again! 2. I needed a taxi every morning for work, and everything was arranged on time. 3. The room was also very quiet, so I could focus on preparing an important presentation without any issues. 4. I stayed here in early September and was previously concerned about the hot weather, but the air-conditioning in the room functioned perfectly, and I could adjust the room temperature to my liking. 5. I needed a quick lunch before departure, and it was prepared promptly

The hotel is exceptionally clean, luxurious, and above all – incredibly quiet. It has an excellent location right next to the Gorica forest park (which gives a lovely touch of nature), perfectly isolating the city noise. The rooms are wonderful, and the bathroom facilities are impeccably clean and fresh. I want to specifically thank the staff for fully accommodating my advance request for a quiet room – I received exactly the tranquility I needed.

It is hard to find any flaws or reasons for criticism. The only minor detail is that the pillows were a bit too soft for my taste. However, this is completely insignificant compared to the perfect conditions and the quality rest this place provides.

The staff are accommodating the spa (jacuzzi, swimming pool) are good.

Outdated hotel, TV is not even smart. No bidet. We arrived the toilet is still dirty. They provide the same breakfast everyday. Location not really near with everything.
