Great location to explore Split. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The balcony was nice to have overlooking the water. The owners were very friendly.
Smell from the bathroom, the sewer smell was coming really strong, unbearable to be in the bathroom sometimes. Shame as the apartment was lovely and clean. We noticed it on others but not as bad.

Great location with spacious room and we had a balcony
Air conditioner did not work well - had to leave it on all day to cool the room

Close to port snd short walk to city centre
Was quite small for the price

The family who look after the apartments are very nice and hospitable.
The apartments are in a rundown location with views of overflowing bins, parked cars and a train station. It is hard to pull your suitcase along as the path has uneven road and no allocated path. The room itself is very small, it is clean but very old. No toiletries in bathroom and hot water went very quickly so one of us couldn't have a shower in the morning which is a basic necessity. For 110 euro I expected more. We were only staying overnight in split so I wanted something close to bus station but it was not good.
