check in was very easy was allowed to check in earlier than stated time breakfast was very a reasonable price the cooked breakfast was cooked to order meaning it was tasty and hot my room was spacious clean and comfortable the added bonus for me was to have a fridge in the room shower was hot and easy to operate the honesty bar in the lounge was great idea again very reasonably priced all in all great couple of nights stay thought James was a very friendly and easy to talk to host would certainly recommend to friends and return myself when back in the area many thanks

The location was perfect for the beach. The fridge in the room was a great addition
Parking was a bit tight but I did have a long vehicle. The shower was a bit small if you're above average size.No wardrobe or bedside tables.
