We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices . The location is very close to the centre and the gondola. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful breakfast. Many items were home made and always fresh and healthy. The homemade baked goods and jams were delicious. Cinzia and Marco were excellent hosts. They were very attentive and pleased to provide whatever you requested.
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. The hotel was very clean and inviting. The location was very convenient to walk to town and even to the cable car station for Alpe di Siusi. Beautiful surroundings.

Good breakfast, nice location, great window view, close to the ski lift
Very poor Wi-Fi and Internet speed. Dirty rooms (dead flies on floor), broken bathroom elements (half of bulbs in bathroom are broken, heated towel rail is not working, broken bath buttons and so on).
Bathroom accessories weren't refilled during all 5 days (room price ~200 euro/day, but you need to buy soap in shop by yourself).
There is a pool and sauna in hotel, but no slippers, shower caps, bathrobes in room.
Cold rooms (temperature regulators and radiators are not working).
