Saule is located at an excellent location overlooking the lake (pond?). It has a huge garden with several spots to sit at. The house itself is old and super cozy. Staying there felt like stepping into someone's home. The lady was super nice and we managed to communicate quite well with a mix of English and German.
I liked everything about this stay but there are things to point out.
I guess some people might find the town of Tulsi a little bit boring in comparison to other locations in Latvia.

Viesmīlība, jauka atrašanās vieta, klusums, omulība

Quaint old farmhouse in a wonderful location near the lake at Talsi
A general problem in private Latvian hotels: the bedlinen just isn't very nice and there is never a fitted bottom sheet that fully covers the mattress

The location and window view. Hostess was very helpful.
The hotel is suitable for short term stay.
