The clear instructions made self check-in very easy, which we really appreciated. Regular cleaning was another big plus. The staff were available when needed while giving us plenty of privacy, making our stay feel relaxed and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent throughout.
The location is fantastic, right by a bus stop, with a 24-hour bakery next door - a real lifesaver when we arrived at night! The value for money is outstanding. You would be hard-pressed to find a better place at this price.
A fresh coat of paint in a few areas would make the place feel even more welcoming. More comfortable seating would also make a lovely difference: both the bar stools and the chairs by the coffee table were a little uncomfortable, even for enjoying our morning coffee. These small improvements would make an already great-value stay even better.

Very pleasant cleaning lady. The apartment was nice. It was clean and located well near the shopping and restaurant street. A 15-20 minute walk took us to the beach. There was also a lovely terrace near our flat perfect for breakfast and dinner.
The air conditioner was an extra charge and only worked when you returned to the apartment. Leaving it on while we were out was impossible. It was also very loud at night.

The location was good the check in check out was very easy the apartment was in good condition
The couches for sleeping aren't very comfortable . They need deposit that is not a problem I understand the reason but prepare to have cash only .it needs some renovation in the bathroom

Location was perfect and on Niss Ave close to shops and exceleent bakery Sigma. Reception bright and lean. Lady initially friendly. Apartment bright, good colour scheme with balcony. Build in cupboard and nice shower.
A friend met at Sigma, I ask if we could eat in my apartment and was abrupt told no. I asked if he cold use the loo and she said no. My guess so embarrassed which upset me as i paid over 500. She glared at us with the old fellows outside and kept looking back in case my friend came into reception. he left and went back to his own hotel. Next day she said "hey boy" rudely, I had to tell her that being black british Jamacian I didnt wanted to be disrespect like the local hired migrant workforce. She stormed off in a huff. She address me a sir the next day. I am ok but wont use the place again as she seem very nice to everyone else.
