Very good

The location! The set up of the room. The space. The decor. The cleanliness.
Would have liked a lift if possible especially if I come again with a suitcase.

This property is so lovely, the room is spacious and modern.
Welcome drinks included a bottle of water and wine. There is a mini fridge stocked with drinks and snacks for extra charge.
WiFi and air con worked well, decent size telly, bathroom well equipped.
Finding and entering the property was easy.
TV doesn’t have streaming services, which is not really an issue, but would be nice for international guests.

I had read the reviews in advance and certainly wasn’t expecting the hotel to live up to its name of ‘luxury suites’, which was good because it didn’t. The rooms were adequate and clean. The biggest highlight was the very comfortable pillow and the fantastic location. The small tea/coffee area was a nice touch and the staff (during our very brief encounter as mostly the reception was unstaffed) were pleasant.
Most aspects were fairly average - the dual shower heads only partially worked, the shower drain was clogged, the ventilation was poor and the bed made a horrible high pitched squeak at even the slightest movement.
