We got a free upgrade to a much better room without requesting it. The room was very comfortable and spacious including balcony. The breakfast was very good with at lot to choose from. Very friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is great, short walking distance to the center of Szentendre. The staff was incredibly helpful, my family member got sick during the stay, and staff went far beyond what was expected, provided a few items from the kitchen and a lot of support in the middle of the night. The room was very large and comfortable, very clean.
One of the nights we eat in the bistro downstairs, the food was amazing! One of the best meals I can remember.
I really did not like the parking, a different road leads to the back of the hotel and it is very sharp turn into the garage. As long as the garage is not full, not challenging to park inside, but once more cars are park, it requires some maneuvering.

The location and the spa were fabulous. The parking garage had a very nice space to safely store our bikes overnight. The room size was very nice. The breakfast was basic but filling.
There was no facility to make coffee or tea in the room and there was no water in the room. The coffee in the lobby was for a charge of 700 HUF. You are required to wear slippers, but no slippers were provided in the room. The AC in the room was not sufficient to cool the room.
