The washoku was absolutely a highlight of our stay. The food seemed ultra authentic and was delicious! Service was top notch with incredibly friendly staff.
Front of staff who checked us in was incredibly welcoming with a fantastic mastery of English and even more surprisingly an excellent proficiency in French which as French speaking Canadians was a wonderful surprise.
Location is amazing as it's right in front one of the most impressive temples we visited in Japan and right at the foot of the Naritasan omotesando giving access to a plethora of shops and restaurants.
The futons were a bit thinner than we'd hoped for, but understandable for a ryokan

An amazing place to stay in Narita. It’s located right across from a large park and a temple. Breakfast and dinner are available—the quality, portion sizes, and presentation are all beyond praise.

If you are travelling with 1 or more people and not far away from the airport. This is the must experience. Due to many things like how it is center to Naritasando and the temple view is just truly stunning.
Nothing much to complain but I was hoping the meal is included to the booking and not a add on. However, due to wonderful service by staff and amenities including the Onsen which is super relaxing after a long travel (North America).
