I loved that it was by the Marina and had a incredible view
The water pressure was not so good and it leaked a bit in thw shower

Perfect for the two of us for three nights - location is fantastic with great food and drink options within a short walk. The room was very comfortable in the outdoor patio was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

The staff was friendly and helpful and available. The apartment has a great view of the marina and surrounding mountains. It was clean and has everything needed. There is a Walmart and Chedraui nearby for shopping. We really enjoyed our 3 weeks in Cabo San Lucas except for....
This is a big one, unfortunately, because of the location right on the promenade and pier of the marina, it is very noisy with music mostly from nearby bars and restaurants. Sometimes, the music played until the early morning hours. Everyday has music late you can hear the base of the music emanating into the living space. The location rating is due to the proximity to these establishments otherwise great locale.

The location was more than ideal. The beach, restaurants, and shopping were all easily accessible.
The water was hard and it was difficult to keep the floors clean, which I believe was caused by nearby construction and constant traffic kicking up the dust. You certainly couldn’t walk about in bare feet.
