Burt's Hotel

the property was in a great location. It was in the center of Melrose, the bus to other parts of the area was a 1 minutes walk away. There is also parking right in front of the hotel. It was very clean and the staff were lovely. We had breakfast at the hotel and an evening meal which was tasty. I would like to mention a member of staff who at the time we were at the hotel, had an injured arm, and the eldest of all the staff, she was there in the morning cleaning and in the evening working in the restaurant as a waitress. She was polite and friendly at all times. She deserves a very big thank you from us. She is an absolute asset to the hotel.

Lovely hotel in the nicest town in the Scottish Borders. Highly recommended for comfort, food and friendly staff.

Lovely family run hotel with great food and in the perfect location.

No issues with this hotel.

Clean and quiet. Central location with parking.

Bar staff. Not pleased to see us at 9pm. When asked if they could do food was told ‘we’ve got our crisps’ pointing to packets on bar. This from a hotel. Awful.
