I was upgraded to a lovely suite! Very spacious sitting area, bathroom and sleeping areas. The room was furthest from the nearby construction, so I did not hear the early morning drilling unlike my colleagues. Loved the pool and gym too. Walkable distance to banks, Bonasera restaurant which had amazing food and cocktails, and there is Bolt or other taxis for a short ride to Rock City Mall.

I loved how quiet and safe the hotel felt—surrounded by beautiful nature, it was the perfect place to unwind. The breakfast room service was a highlight: delicious, fresh, and delivered right on time. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. My family especially enjoyed the clean, relaxing pool. Overall, a peaceful and memorable getaway.
While the stay was mostly enjoyable, the bathrooms were a letdown. They felt outdated, and the water pressure was frustratingly low—I had to take cold showers twice. A renovation is definitely needed to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.
