Central location, well laid out, cold a/c, stocked kitchen, excellent breakfast.
baby crib provided.
Suggest more comfortable mattress for pull out couch. Metal frame makes it very uncomfortable.
Perhaps baby highchair?

The location is good.
The concierge Pedro is very helpful with cultural advises.
The apartment is stylish, but very worn and uncomfortable.
All the furniture is sagging: to sit on a chair at the table or an armchair, you have to grab a cushion from the sofa, otherwise you'll just sink in.
There are lots of lighting issue: the light above the stove and in the bathroom didn't work. a light bulb in the bathroom that periodically and annoyingly flickers. The floor lamps had such dim bulbs that I had to buy them at Auchan.
The photos of the apartment showed a desk in the bedroom, but in reality, there was no desk.
