Marigold Sukhumvit - Free Shuttle to BTS Bearing Station

Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. The cleaning service was amzaing. The dry cleaned my shirts for a very little money. Everyone was helping me.

the location was a bit off the main event but you can't blame them on that.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They facilitated all our requirements.

It had all the basic requirements.

Good hotel located near good eateries and close to a big shopping mall. WiFi good and rooms cleaned each day.

The only really disappointing thing about this hotel is the TVs which are just basic channels and do not have smart features. Even cheaper priced hotels provide these now.

The pool, free shuttle, close to markets and malls staff were lovely and caring

-THE BED was horrendously hard, we stayed for 7 days and it was so so uncomfortable to sleep on didnt want to ask to change rooms as there were language barriers when asking questions - only was given 3 pillows for 2 people and when I had asked for another one at reception they said they would bring it up. 2 hrs later rung reception and they had told us it would cost 150 baht for another pillow... like whaaat thats ridiculous - had asked for extra towels and it was a no - our room wasnt cleaned properly throughout our stay, room had gotten serviced everyday but not cleaned properly until our last day, only then the room smelt and looked fresh and clean which is also not ideal for us or hygiene wise - aircon was disgusting and smelt of mould also super loud - found cockroaches and mold in the bathroom - guests were up partying until early hours of the morning and EXTREMELY loud also happened to be in the rooms around us, reception had let them just be there was no curfew which isnt really considerate for others - motel and room features are out dated needs some work - gym equipment needs to be so so so much better and more private so people aren't watching you from the outside
