Basically location and the great service of the host Edoardo, gave us lots of information and tips to move around.
The property is published that it has parking and it doesn’t. We needed to park on the street thanks to Edoardo, but if I wanted to move my car will be impossible to find another space to park.

Good place to stay in Rome for that price. The owner is super nice, we received a lot of helpful information about the city and the neighborhood. The room is clean and comfy yet a little renovation would be nice. Dorm vibe, the bathroom is private but the kitchen is in the common area, shared by 4 rooms. The kitchen contain everything for cooking. An early check in is a good addition. The location is not in the city center, but the apartments are close to metro so connection with the center is very quick and easy. Also the prices and food in the local cafe's and restaurants are way better than in the tourist areas.
The only disadvantage is the location on the ground floor. Our room was oriented to the street, so people walking by the sidewalk could see the interior through the window. Also the noises from the street were a little problematic during the nighttime. Hopefully there were exterior blinds and window bars, so we felt safe during the stay.

Its was clean and shiny. Confiable and walking 4 min ti the Metro. Restaurants around!! And very good. Our host was the best. He showed ip at almost 2am to check us in because our flight got really delayed

The host Eduardo was very nice and helpful and gave advice on the best places to eat. His team was also very fast in responding to our messages and making hotel reservations. Plus, the hotel is close to the metro station and the famous Bonci pizza place.
Unfortunately, our room looked different than the photos online - in real life the room was of poorer quality. Paper thin walls - you can hear everyone’s private conversations and when they sneeze/cough. Black mold above the shower. The hotel acted more like an Airbnb or hostel - not a professional and quality atmosphere. Storage for our baggage was unsafe because its in the community lounge. Plus, I did not like how we were texted on our personal phone to ask when we are checking out - the hotel policy is 10am why couldn’t that be respected? More of a 2-star hotel than 3-star.
