Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Really friendly and helpful owner. Excellent value. Cheap pool tables (£1). Large comfy beds. Very well equipped kitchen, everything you need and some. Nice shower. Bonus pull out bed in the sitting room.
Bit dated.

The neighbours smashing up the room from 2am till 6am shouting screaming like zoo animals phoned the owner nothing was done about it.
